We exclusively provide brokerage services to prospective office tenants, never to landlords. This approach precludes any conflict in our representation of the interests of office space tenants.

The price is right! Most often the services of The Koplin Group are without cost to office tenants. The landlord typically pays its leasing agent a commission and the leasing agent will typically share that commission with The Koplin Group as the leasing broker for a tenant. Thus, with few exceptions, the Koplin Group is normally not compensated for its services by the office tenant.
