Ross Koplin

Ross Koplin is a commercial Realtor®, a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors, and is the principal tenant adviser of The Koplin Group. Ross knows Colorado real estate having many years of experience in many facets including assisting renters of office space in the Denver metropolitan region.

Prior to entering law school Ross obtained both a B.A. and an M.S. Degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He started practicing as a Denver real estate attorney in 1984 representing lessees, lessors, purchasers, sellers and - at times - the financiers of commercial real estate.

In addition to his background in economics and his practice as a commercial real estate attorney, over the years Ross has undertaken substantial advanced training in real estate. For instance, after completing training in real estate appraisal, Ross has been hired by Colorado counties as a Property Tax Appeals Referee to conduct hearings and rule upon owner appeals of real property valuations.

Ross is currently a Colorado attorney but no longer actively practices real estate law. He prefers instead to assist businesses as a real estate broker providing services as an office location and leasing adviser. With his knowledge of Denver area commercial real estate, and his awareness of the procedures and pitfalls involved in leasing commercial property, he has focused his activities upon assisting moderate to large office tenants in the Denver area as a real estate advisor and consultant.
