Research & Identify
The Koplin Group has a deep understanding of the Denver area office space leasing market and we will use our knowledge to conduct an extensive search to find properties that fulfill your company’s real estate requirements.

- List potential properties with suitable office space available for lease

Lease Contracting
Once you have selected a property, we will work with you and your other advisors to effectively enter into a lease agreement.
We will:
- Review your most significant requirements, ensuring that your company’s needs are anticipated under the proposed terms of the new lease
- Where possible, create opportunities for competitive bidding between landlords
- Identify lease provisions or leasing concessions of special significance
- Ensure all terms of the new lease are reviewed by your attorneys
- Evaluate rental cost and related financial considerations
- Review lease renewal and expansion options
Transition Assistance
The Koplin Group has the expertise and resources to help you plan and successfully implement your business move.
We will:
- Assist in establishing an estimation of cost for your move
- Assist with planning your move, while ensuring that as far as possible, your business continuity remains affected to the least amount possible
- Assist in assembling a team of professionals who can help you (project manager, interior designer, architect, attorney, etc.)
- Where applicable coordinate and interact with architects, interior designers, contractors and other professionals
- Identify service suppliers for telecom, furniture, internet connectivity, etc.
- Follow up after the move has been completed to ensure your continued satisfaction
